How to Row

The row (or chest supported row, shown here) mainly trains the muscles of the mid-back (middle trapezius, rhomboids, rear deltoids), as well as biceps muscles in the upper arms.

A properly performed row can also be good for shoulder health and help correct rounded upper back posture.

The technique described in this video applies generally to any row (cable row, dumbbell, barbell, inverted, etc.).
